Make it White Label! Brand Customizations Made Easy!
February 20th, 2012DECEMBER 21, 2012 UPDATE:
Facebook today let developers know that it will be removing attribution from page posts that are made through third-party applications like Plan Your Post.
Previously, these page posts would appear in the feed and on pages’ Timelines with a “via [app name]” link. Facebook told developers in its PMD group that starting today this type of attribution will be eliminated for page posts.
So, while you can brand the URL, Facebook is set to not display this branding going foward.

Former option prior to Dec. 21, 2012:
Plan Your Post makes branding your Facebook and Twitter posts easy! No more need for "via xyz service" and show some other companies icon. With any paid plan you can customize the branding including the icon, "via text", and the link this goes to.
The number of unique applications you can set up is outlined per plan. With the Silver Plan, for example, you can customize 10 apps. This means you could manage up to 10 uniquely customized brand apps with this plan. You then assign a app to a Social Account so that all posts for that Social Account get the branding setup with that app. This can be modified at any time under the Social Account page settings.
The power lies in Plan your Posts ability to schedule posts to multiple Social Accounts at one time and yet have each post with the unique branding app you set for that Social Account. This allows you to schedule one message to post to Fan Page A and Fan Page B, but have the branding of the post unique to each. So for Fan Page A, "Message 1" can post to Fan Page A's wall with branded icon and "Via Fan Page A" for that post while it also posts to Fan Page B's wall with Fan Page B's branded icon and "Via Fan Page B" for that post.
EXAMPLE:
Here's a post we scheduled and deployed to TabSite's fan page and to Digital Hill's fan page. It is one post deployed to both Social Accounts and each Social Account has their own custom branded application setup. Viola! Message deployed to two different accounts and each shows their custom branding!
Same post, different fan page, different branding
Below is the Social Account area in Plan Your Post where the Applications per Social Account are shown and edited.
Custom Apps are available with any paid Plan Your Post Plan. Number of custom apps varies per plan. Setup the custom app once, then schedule and post away!
